  Dispatching level CHP

Back

Dispatching point is supplyed with computer, registration and communication with CHP facilities.

Communication with CHP is realized through:

  • detached or switched telephone channel by any certificated modems,
  • GSM modems, for example Siemens company ТС 35 Т modems,
  • GPRS modems (fast data transmission), for example Siemens company МС 35 Т terminal,
  • radio channels.

Data is transmitted in various ways:

  • in seted time lags: current information is transmitted by controllers initiative,
  • at any moment: current information is transmitted by dispatcher initiative,
  • information is stored in controller database and then transmitted in one communication session in night time (while tariffs are cheap and net loading is low),
  • data on emergency conditions is transmitted immediately by CHP controllers initiative.

Provided functions:

  • The equipment condition and the monitored and controled parameters values representation in the form of mnemonic diagrams, tables and graphs;
  • Alarm signaling;
  • Data storage, historical data representation in the form of tables and graphs;
  • Data registration, report forming.

Software

Software of dispatching point is based on open SCADA system Nova Pro Open (Sauter company), contains

  • CHP condition visualization means,
  • alarms processing and representation,
  • data archive support,
  • graphical representation,
  • report generation,
  • application software creation.
System supports up to 65000 channels, contains ОРС-servers, modem control library, connection with i-net (up to 100WEB-clients).
System includes base package, which can be increased as necessary.

Cabinets

Individually designed automation cabinets contain:

  • controllers, operator console with LCD and keyboard;
  • automates, relays, terminal connectors, transformers, manually actuatable control and indicators;
  • communications facilities: communication controller, modem;
  • uninterruptible power supply.
