Steam boilers automatic control

Automation is made on the basis of "Sauter" equipment, boiler automation cabinet , auxillary equipment automation cabinets

Automation cabinet provides

Control of: (рис.1 Automation block diagram)(43Кб) steam pressure - regulator PH air pressure (ratio gas-air) - regulator РД depression in в fire-chamber - regulator РР water level in boiler’s drum - regulator РУ Control of fan and smoke sucktion. Semiautomatic inflaming for 2 burners. Working of boiler on reserve fuel (mazut). Safety automatics: fan breakdown smoke sucktion breakdown torch going out excess gas pressure low gas pressure low air pressure low depression in fire-chamber high water level in drum low water level in drum

By means of auxillary equipment automation cabinets is provided:

1. Deairation-supplying plant automation:
   • control of steam pressure in head of deairator;
   • control of water level in deairator;
   • control of water pressure after supplying pumps;
   • control of supplying pumps;
2. Auxillary equipment of boiler-house automation:
   • system water temperature control by temperature diagram in accordance with ambient temperature;
   • control of temperature in supplying hot water supplying system pipeline;
   • returne system water pressure control;
   • pump equipment control;
3. Mazut supply and facilitys automation:
   • Pump equipment control
